I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but this experience was disappointing enough that I felt it should be shared. The food was very good, which makes the service we received even more unfortunate. Before arriving, I called during the lunch rush to let the restaurant know we were on our way and hoped our order could be started to save time. The woman who answered the phone immediately came across as impatient and dismissive. Rather than politely explaining the restaurant’s policy, she made me feel as though I had done something wrong for asking. A simple, courteous explanation would have been appreciated. She also turned out to be our server. From the moment we arrived, she never greeted us warmly or made us feel welcome. Throughout the meal, she repeatedly mentioned how busy the restaurant was, but being busy is understandable and doesn’t excuse speaking to customers in an abrupt or unfriendly manner. There was only outdoor seating available, which was perfectly fine with us, but every interaction felt rushed, as though we were an inconvenience. THE BEST restaurant in Fort Lauderdale. I love little hole in the wall places, and this is our favorite. We literally fly into FFL over Miami, just so we can come here every time we are in southeast FL. You owe it to yourself to come and experience this wonderful hidden gem!

I’m not one to write a review and this was honestly my favorite pizza in the area, BUT i have had two bad experiences with pizza now. First I got one and there was about a 3”x1” piece of cardboard impeded into the pizza, not just stuck on the bottom but cooked into the dough. They were busy that night so I was like whatever it’s usually pretty good, but now I went back tonight and got another (the next time after the cardboard incident) and now there is plastic cooked onto the top of the pizza. I didn’t get pictures the first time but I definitely took some this time (see attached). Will be finding a new pizza spot after this.

The ham pizza is so delicious and it is always fresh! I highly recommend their lunch specials because they are enough for two people. I must admit that the one girl that answers the telephone does not have customer service and is very rude.
